Thomas Built Buses Continuing Education Award

Beginning in 1994, Thomas Built Buses agreed to provide a $2,500 per year grant to be awarded to a contractor member of the National School Transportation Association (NSTA) for continuing education purposes. The purpose of the grant is to further the professional and business education of younger persons presently associated with contracted pupil transportation. Recipients must use their grant funds within two years of being awarded. The recipient must make a report to the NSTA Board of Directors sharing his or her experience with fellow contractors.
